Valencia was born to April Speed of Schulennburg, Texas and Steve Sims of Wharton, Texas on March 24, 1995. She attended Schulenburg High School and then became a Certified Nurse's Aide. at many nursing homes. She was a beautiful, loving, fun, bubbly woman that loved everyone in her circle. She is loved by many, and she loved them back. Valencia didn't want anyone to shed any tears. She wanted laughter and fun. Valencia passed away April 2, 2022, at Cuero Regional Hospital in Cuero, Texas.

​She leaves behind her parents, April Speed and Steve Sims; her three precious children, Arrian Speed, Da'Drian Garner and Keyshawn Garner; her sisters, Valissa Stovall, Breshawnna Stovall and Brelandria Stovall; her brother, Billie Stovall, Jr.; her aunts, Debra Anderson, Erica Speed, Chrystal Speed, Monica Mayberry and Brenda Runnels; her uncles, Ivan Runnels and Dhane Mayberry and her personal friend, Rashaud Garner of Cuero, Texas. She also leaves to cherish her memory a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and loving friends.
