Obituary

RUSSELL L. SCOTT was born to the union of Ella Mae (Bolden) and Billie Scott on November 16, 1942, in Alleyton, Colorado County, Texas.

He confessed to Christ at an early age and attended Green Grove Baptist Church in Alleyton, Texas. He attended elementary. junior high school and high school in Columbus, Texas, graduating from Riverside High School in May, Class of 1961.

​Russell was preceded in death by his parents, Ella Mae and Billie Scott, four brothers and three sisters.

He leaves to mourn his passing, his loving and devoted wife, Mamie L. Scott of Deer Park, TX; one brother, Billy Joe Scott of Houston, TX and one sister, Audrey D. Scott of Houston, TX: one stepson, Calvin Brown and wife Kim of Houston, TX, two grandchildren, Barron Brown and Baileigh Brown both of Houston, TX. He is also survived by. a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
