Ossie Thomas Obituary

Ossie Lee Thomas was the 7th child born to her loving parents, Lark Sr., and Cleo Thomas on November 14, 1954, in Schulenburg, Texas. She attended J.A. Greene and Schulenburg Independent School District. Ossie began working at an early age after her high school years.

Later she became a mother of 3 children, and she worked as a custodian at Schulenburg Regency Nursing Center and later became an independent custodian and worked for several residents in and surrounding Schulenburg and other towns.

Ossie was a family person. She loved being around family, friends, cooking, and enjoyed playing music. She was the life of the party.

Ossie was preceded in death by her parents, Lark sr., and Cleo Thomas, brothers, Lark Jr., Willie Sr., and Johnnie Thomas. She leaves to cherish her memories; her loving children, Terence (Randi) Thomas of Houston, TX, Tiffany and Valerie Thomas of Schulenburg, TX, brothers, Henry Le (Vivian) Thomas of Dickinson, TX and Herman (Patricia) Thomas of Del Valle, TX. Sister, Orleine Wilson of Schulenburg, TX and a host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews and Bonus Family Children, Jarvis Vaughns, Lana Blanks and their children, Regan and Carter of Richmond, TX and two dearest friends, Judy Glass of Schulenburg, TX and Sharon Foley of Hallettsville, TX.
