Nathan Eaton Obituary

Nathan L. Eaton was born on December 18, 1974, in Fayette County, Texas, to the union of the late Mr. Charles Lee Phillips and Erna Marie Eaton. Nathan received his formal education at Schulenburg High School.

Nathan truly enjoyed life and cherished spending time with his family and friends. He loved to dance, with “Southside” being his favorite. He also had a deep love for music, especially the rapper Z-Ro, who was his favorite artist to listen to. Nathan was known for his kind heart and generous spirit—he would truly give the shirt off his back to help anyone in need.

Nathan passed away unexpectedly on Friday, November 21, 2025. He was preceded in death by his parents; one brother, Floyd Eaton; one sister; and his grandparents on both sides.

He leaves to cherish his loving memory his daughter, Jaiya Eaton of Weimar, Texas; four brothers, Ricky (Joyces) Eaton, DeMyron Eaton, Terry (Randy) Thomas of Houston, Texas, and Marcus Neal of Houston, Texas; and a special brother, Derrick Jackson of Schulenburg, Texas. He is also survived by one sister, Alicia Eaton of Weimar, Texas; one aunt, Marsha Caine of Schulenburg, Texas; three uncles, David (Tracy) Caine, Rex Caine, and Ivory Caine, all of Schulenburg, Texas; and one great-uncle, Clifford Jackson of Schulenburg, Texas. Nathan also leaves behind a host of nieces, nephews, family members, friends, and his special friend, Albert Wright, Jr.
