Lonnie Ray Caine was born on February 4, 1959, in Schulenburg, Texas to the parentage of the late Mr. Rexie Caine and Mrs. Verdell (Jackson) Caine.
Lonnie received his formal education at Schulenburg High School. He enjoyed any and every outdoor activity, watching sports, and putting smiles on people's faces.
Lonnie passed away peacefully on Sunday, June 2, 2024, with family and friends at his side. He was preceded in death by his parents, Rexie and Verdell Caine, two brothers, Michael and Alonzo Caine, and two sisters, Erna Eaton and Ruth Brown.
Lonnie is survived by his special friend, Sandra Robinson, two sons, Quentin Goffney and Wooda of Austin, TX, A daughter, Kaydence Houston of Schulenburg, TX, four stepchildren, Madison and MaKendra Harris, Monica and Marlon Robinson, six grandchildren, Alayah, Kayden, Kaelynn, and Kyree of Austin, TX: Nikita Goffney and Elisha Mitchell. Three brothers, David (Tracie) Caine, Ivory and Rex Caine all of Schulenburg, TX. Two sisters, Marsha and Rosie Caine of Schulenburg, TX. One uncle, Clifford Jackson and a true friend, Gloria Wright of Schulenburg, TX. He is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, great uncles and aunts, other relatives and friends.
