A celebration of Life
On June 11, 1932, a beautiful baby girl was born to Lee and Naomi Spann. She attended school and united with Good Hope Baptist Church at an early age. Later she united with Greater Macedonia Baptist Church and remained there until her death. Ms. Jewel was loved by everyone. She met and married Robert Williams and to this union four children were born. She worked at Youens Hospital for 30 years and at Park View Manor for 25 years. She was preceded in death by her parents Lee and Naomi, husband Robert, granddaughter Amanda, grandson Allen,
Brothers Lee, Jessie and Isaiah, sisters Wilma Doris, Mary, and Margie.
She leaves to cherish her memories. her children Karl (Marilyn), Helen, Perry, and Robert, Ten grandchildren, twenty-three great-grandchildren, two sister-in laws Gladys and Mable, two brothers-in-law Alfred and Phillip and host of nieces, nephews, and friends.
