Obituary

A CELEBRATION OF LIFE

Charles Albert Bedford was born August 2, 1951, to Mable and Sam Bedford, Jr. he was the seventh child of eleven children. He attended school at Stevens Mayo School and confessed Christ at an early age at Pleasant Hill Baptist church in Hallettsville, Texas. He worked as a truck driver and welder for many years.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Sam Bedford, Jr, and Mable Bedford; three brothers, Avery Johnson, Harry Johnson and Allen Johnson.

Charles leaves to cherish his memory; two brothers, Melvin Johnson and Glen Bedford, five sisters, Cherry Ford (James), Margie Alexander, Wanda Rollins (Bernard), Vernell Tennon (Charlie), Paulette White and stepsister, Gloria Hammett. He is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
